The Modular Design of the Oculomotor System in Monkeys

-         Make sure you have installed correctly nsl-java version, and the nslj.jar file is included in your computer’s classs path.

-         Open a MS-Dos command prompt window and locate yourself on the directory where the source code is. (Example: C:\Program Files\NSL3_0_n\nsl3_0\BasicBookModels\CorticalSaccadeModel-CH14\1_1_1\src>)

-         Type: nsl DomineyModel and the nsl console and the output window will appear:

 

-       

-         Do a train to the model ( train-> train)

-         Run the model ( run->run)

-         The output window will show the simulation results:

-         You can make a zoom to the part of the window in which you are interested (example in PosteriorParietalCenter)
